Yard: ship one code change with proof in Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Yard works on one goal at a time: a behavior you can observe and the command or test that proves it. It writes both down before touching code, applies the change in your repo, runs the proof and records the real output.
It does not commit on its own, and opening a PR, merging, pushing or deploying only happens with a connected tool and your explicit OK.
Fits if
- You can say what should change and which command shows it changed.
- You want the diff in your own repo, with the test output saved next to it.
- You prefer one finished change over a long list of half-done ones.
Not for
- Vague asks like "make it faster" with no way to check. It will ask, not guess.
- Auto-commits, permission bypasses or deploys you did not approve.
- Building a new platform or dashboard instead of the change you asked for.
What it writes in your project
Everything stays in your project folder, as plain files you can open, edit or delete.

Questions
What data leaves my computer?
The install signs in to Whop, checks your purchase and downloads the pack. When you work, the pack runs inside your AI tool, so your messages follow that tool’s terms. The files it writes stay in your project.
Do I get updates?
Fixes and improvements to the pack you bought are free: run the install command again. Your buddies/workspace/ is never replaced.
Why a pack and not a prompt?
A prompt fits a one-off question. A pack fits work you repeat: it keeps state in your project, checks its own files and picks up where it stopped.
