Terms of use

These terms cover the site getbuddies.dev, the npx buddies installer and the packs sold under the Buddies name. By buying or installing a pack you agree to them.
Who runs Buddies
Buddies is operated by Antonio Augusto, an individual based in Brazil. In these terms, “Buddies”, “we” and “us” mean him. Contact: anttonioaugusto@getbuddies.dev.
What you buy
A pack is a set of skills, references and templates that runs inside an AI tool you already use (Claude Code, Cursor or Codex). The installer writes it into your project folder.
Each pack is a one-time payment, not a subscription. The price is the one shown on the site and at checkout.
Payment and sign-in
Checkout, payment, receipts and sign-in happen on Whop. Whop and its payment providers process your payment details. Buddies never receives or stores your card data.
Your purchase is also covered by Whop’s terms (whop.com/tos) and privacy policy (whop.com/privacy).
License
The license is personal: install the pack in your own projects and on your own computers. Do not share or resell the pack files.
Updates
Fixes and improvements to a pack you bought are free: run the install command again. A reinstall never replaces your buddies/workspace/.
Refunds
If the installer can’t install the pack you bought on your computer, ask for a refund within 7 days through Whop support (whop.com/buddiesdev) or by e-mail at anttonioaugusto@getbuddies.dev.
What the packs do and do not do
Packs prepare drafts and files in your project for you to review. They do not send messages, schedule or change a CRM unless you connected a tool for that and approved the action.
Results depend on your AI tool, your inputs and your review. Buddies does not promise sales, leads or replies.
The AI tool you run a pack in (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or another) follows its own terms and pricing. Buddies does not control it.
Liability
Packs are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, Buddies is not liable for indirect losses from using them. Nothing here limits the consumer rights you have where you live.
